DigiKidz To Resell Spider-Man, Incredible Hulk And X-Men Web Accelerator and Security Suite Products from Artera

WESTPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 12, 2004--Artera Group, Inc., a subsidiary of NCT Group, Inc. (OTCBB: NCTI), today announced that DigiKidz, a newly-formed supplier of family-friendly computer-related products and personalized gift items, will resell its line of character-branded Artera Turbo(TM) web acceleration products. DigiKidz products will be sold via the Internet at www.digikidz.com.
An important aspect of the DigiKidz business model is to provide a cost-free fundraising vehicle for schools through an affiliate program. Schools are provided with a personalized virtual storefront from which they can revenue share when parents and other interested parties purchase products. Unlike other fundraising methods such as candy sales, this is a year-round revenue-generating opportunity for schools. Included in each affiliate's site is a message board for the school to use as a communications tool.
