Zoom Telephonics Begins Shipping ZoomIt Web Accelerator Service Powered by Artera Turbo

WESTPORT, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 6, 2004--Zoom Telephonics, a leading manufacturer of modems and other communications products, is now offering ZoomIt web acceleration services with most models of Zoom and Hayes modems. ZoomIt is powered by Artera Turbo(TM) Internet accelerator service from Artera Group Inc., a subsidiary of NCT Group, Inc. (OTCBB: NCTI). The ZoomIt software will reside on the modem's installation disk and users will be able to install ZoomIt as part of the modem installation process.
