Interfaith Celebration Of The Environment In Montclair - May 16
Tax Software On Sunday, May 16 from 3-4 pm, the Montclair Clergy Association and Partners for Environmental Quality, New Jerseys interfaith environmental coalition, will hold an interfaith celebration of the environment at Glenfield Park in Montclair. Entitled Its Good (and Easy) Being Green, the celebration will showcase the resources within a range of religious traditions that support an ethic of environmental care and justice. The celebration will be family-friendly, and the public is welcome. All are encouraged to bring their own blanket or lawn chair for seating.

Software Tax In addition to a series of participatory readings from sacred texts and contemporary readings on the environment, the celebration will also feature the Glenfield Dance Ensemble, performing excerpts of The Tree of Life, an original piece first performed at Montclairs first night celebration earlier this year. The service will also include a spectacular participatory drumming circle with renowned Montclair drummer Richard Reiter. Reiter will provide drums for 30 participants and will lead these drummers in an extemporaneous drumming performance. Individuals are welcome to bring their own percussion instrument.

Every Landlord Tax Deduction During the service, a group of youth from Montclair houses of worship will be commissioned to conduct a storm drain stenciling project, in which they will mark storm drains with signs saying Drains to Stream . Tax Help This celebration is the culmination of a year-long series of religious-environmental programming offered through several different Montclair houses of worship including Temple Bnai Keshet, St. Johns Episcopal, St. Peter Claver, the Unitarian Church of Montclair and Union Congregational Church. Partners for Environmental Quality, a statewide interfaith coalition that helps houses of worship engage environmental issues, has been the lead organizer of this program, in cooperation with members of the Montclair Clergy Association
